Boy...talk about opposite ends of the spectrum in game choices....

What should be two top teams in the East facing off in Pitts at TB.... and then you have a possible Lottery Cup match up in Detroit at Ottawa.

Obvious easy watch for me are my hometown Lightning, but, if one MUST watch the Wings and Sens, there are some bright spots one can focus on there: Dylan Larkin for Detroit... Thomas Chabot for the Senators.

Today marks the first time all season that Dallas has consecutive days off.

Nice to see the scheduler give them a bit of a break!

And I have about 2% of hope that the Penguins can stay anywhere near the Lightning with their current roster.

People say this every day of every year and constantly underestimate the massive complexity in scheduling a season of games in 31 cities at venues that are used for other things.

The goal isn't to appease the fans and have an even number of games each day.

I'd be seriously surprised if the pens can beat tampa with their current lineup. They were somewhat trucking along with a depleted team but the dumoulin injury was the last straw.

I hate NHL Scheduling. If it's Wednesday Night Hockey as exclusivities, there should always be a game starting at 7 PST. Make it a double header night like you do on opening night.
