I think it was worth a shot. The skate does make contact with Markstrom's pad which pulls him a little out of position. Just not enough to disallow the goal.

Allen was the better goalie tonight, so... don't know where you're getting "stealing a game" from.

Ya Allen had 3 saves in the third that I couldn't believe he stopped. Talbot was great but Allen was unreal. Not to mention most of the blues shots were from the outside and not a real threat besides marking up the shot clock.
