Nice how the games are spread out today. Will give lots of viewer opportunity to multiple games.

So Svechnikov (Hurricanes) is a good player, but in the Ottawa game so far today he has delivered two very direct checks to the head. Uncalled (of course), but he needs to be careful as those are dangerous hits and some day he will injure someone badly and may actually get called for it.

The 2nd hit was really heavy, that Carolina guy got his head slammed against the glass pretty hard. The commentary on the other hand was even more to cringe about, the (OTT) player "will shake the effects of that hit off". Yeah right, that's how it works.
This game and it's rules may change but the guys behind the mic will always be stuck in the 80's.

Subban had a bit of time to recover but didn't move at all. Maybe he figured the d-man would shut things down.

Everything the Knights do in terms of in game entertainment is head scratching.

What was that cello/violin music they played after the Devils scored?
