The arena announcer said EDM was challenging the offsides., so it wasn't from Toronto, yet they still reviewed it [without a timeout] and overturned the goal. Weird.

I am assuming the arena announcer made an incorrect assumption and misspoke... since most reviews are initiated by the coaches. The broadcasters on HNIC said it was initiated by the booth.

The Oilers don't have a time out... so they couldn't initiate it.
