I said it once and I'll say it again. Sidney Michael Crosby is in a league of his own. Anyone with any hockey knowledge whatsoever can see that. No current player in the NHL comes close to his level of excellence.
Sid Crosby is what's known as a generational superstar, like Howe, Gretzky, and Lemieux. We will be telling our grandkids how lucky we were to be able to witness watching him play.
That guy in Washington will be forgotten about in 5 years. He's this generation's Pavel Bure. Same with that guy in Edmonton; he's this generation's Ilya Kovulchuk.
Please put an end to this silly debate once and for all, people.
