I was wondering the same thing. I guess considering all their weekend games have to be in prime time, this is a good day to have a day game. I think New Years Eve might have been better though.

Lol, poor Canadian parents. That's a long Christmas break. Do you also get a Spring Break?

Christmas Break is 2 weeks.

There's a March/Spring Break which is 1 week.

Then Summer break is from end of June until the first Monday after Labor Day.

Then any snow days, and other holiday Monday/Friday's.
