Penguins have a 5 game west coast road trip. They played last Friday and Saturday. Two day break, played Tuesday, two day break. Play Friday and Saturday again to finish.

The NHL needs to get its shit together.

Not only are the games hard enough going across the entire country, they manage to schedule two back to backs in a 5 game stretch.

Bull. I’ve actually been thinking that the leafs should strap both Matthews and Nylander to Kapanen for a prolonged period in hopes that Kapanen’s compete level would maybe rub off on, or inspire those two.
