Oh yeah. United. That’s certainly on the back burner at the moment.
Damn I wish United was my least successful team I support:
Clippers: didn’t make the playoffs
Sharks: REALLY didn’t make the playoffs
United: At least are playing in Europe kind of

Was not a good year of sports for me

At least I have the Sounders winning the CCL and eventually the MLS cup!

This is the first good/great sports year I’ve had in god knows how long? I guess the Mou EL win would be the closest? It’s been a great way to distract myself from what a clown show United has been lately.

I had my nightmare treble from the start of 2013 to the end of 2015 with Liverpool, the Rangers and the Mets all finishing 2nd and continuing their long title droughts. Only Liverpool has saved my sanity. I think that’s worse honestly.

Draft is officially over.

In hindsight it maybe should've been shorter.

Bit surprised by the lack of discussion compared to previous years.

I'd personally have JD starting over Shick
I mean Schick had 31 goals in 40 games across all comps. I think him and Coman give Messi and FdJ the space to work whereas I don’t think David provides enough of a pure goal scoring threat. Although I am debating switching Oyarzabal or Lemar and Coman to give a little more creativity in that front 3.

Well it should’ve definitely been shorter, but not because of the amount of rounds.

Lack of discussion might be down to people not making a lot of ridiculous comments to back their ridiculous picks. The picks are there, just not the comments.

don’t think he’s being serious

Lack of discussion for me because I was on vacation for two weeks of it. And the time between picks was way too long.

So I’d have something lIke this:

Darwin
Dumbappe - Pellegrini - Dumbele
Gravenberch - Camavinga
Digne - Pique - Araujo - Dodo
Ter Stegen

Bench: Adeyemi, Ferran Torres, Antony, Brandt ,Soler, Pablo Torre, Kovacic, Sangare, Sergio Gomez, Inacio, Rudiger, Malo Gusto, Onana

—Bench is strong enough you could make a case for some of them to start.
—Flexibility is there to go 4-3-3, 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 as well.
—Front three had a combined 55 goals and 34 asssists in 73 league starts last season and another 12 goals and 14 assists in 15 starts in Europe. Throw Pellegrini in and you get another 9 goals and 5 assists in 27 league starts.

Mount (Sucic) - B. Silva (Sanches)
Tchouameni (Jorginho/Phillips)
Chilwell (Raum) - Schlotterbeck (Kalulu) - Bremer (Bonucci) - Walker (Lamptey)
