One of you need to lower your NAT. Since CBJ doesnt have access to the router he uses, its gotta be on your end. Just Youtube "[name/model of your router] lower NAT xbox live" or something like that and it'll show you how to do it. If neither of you are able to do that, I don't see a way you two can play your series.

So, assuming you two can't connect at all, what's the best way to resolve this?

Perhaps you each play the CPU at home through the first 4 games, then simulate the rest of the series? At least then it isn't completely random, and it minimizes the chances that which ever advances sustains so many injuries along the way that they can't compete.

I don't really think that's any more or less fair than playing the CPU twice each. Obviously neither of you could quit out if you did lose.

It would minimize injuries, give each of you a chance to affect the outcome, etc.

EDIT: But yeah, obviously the best case if this whole problem gets resolved.
