Hell baby
Steen again

That production at his age in a men’s league as opposed to juniors/NCAA is impressive

Voted Steen, but it's close between lauzon/Steen/Keyser for me

Frederic, then it would be Lauzon. Steen has put up good numbers but I have never seen him play and try to keep my votes to players I have a t least seen once or twice. Not thrilled with Steens size either, they need to get bigger not smaller but if he can produce in Providence this year hopefully he can be a productive top 9 forward in time, maybe with Beecher or Frederic as his center.

Went Lauko, has highest upside ,kids a winner
Going Tfred next,he's getting an unfair shake lately
I'm interested in Steen but not in the top 5 interested
Despite being a Lauzon guy I can't overlook his injury history and offensive upside (lack of)

Frederic is definitely getting an unfair shake, that's for sure.

Agree on Steen, as well. Think he's a great prospect and all, but that's a small sample size for his career thus far.

I voted Lauzon because when he's healthy and on his game, he's a commanding, physical, nasty two-way defender who can control a game from the backend. As you know, and have already noted, his health issues are definitely a moderate concern at the moment. Good news is though that there's really nothing serious that plagues him. Most of the injuries have been minor.

I agree that his injury history is something to keep an eye on.

As for the lack of offense, while he never will be Krug, I think he's got some potential.
It seems to me that the Bs have him mainly deployed in defensive situations.
You know much more than me about what's happening in Providence, but the very few times I saw him play and the score sheets seem to indicate that.

And that's what we see at the NHL level (2018-2019), thought the sample size is pretty small.
He's playing a big share of his minutes on the PK, as much as Carlo.

Have to go with Steen as he was my choice for #3. Still tough, though. Where has all the Lauko love come from?

Had a solid pre-season last year, nearly a PPG player in the Q playing (IIRC) a bottom 6 role. Followed that up by playing a pretty big role in his team winning the Championship.

He's decent coming out of the D zone so he's capable but he's not going to be a big points guy,he makes his money defending and is the go to guy in that regard
Kid is NHL ready but I like the others upside better

Lauko should have been the Memorial Cup MVP but was from the wrong country:sarcasm:

I like the kid, no doubt. I hope he turns into something great for us. I was just kind of surprised that so many people rated him that highly. I do think he is in our top ten for sure, though.

I see Steen and Lauko more as middle 6 than 1st line options.

I see Lauzon as a 2nd pairing option.

I'd prefer a 2nd pairing D over a 2nd line wing in a vacuum (although Boston sure could use more help at wing!)

I'd prefer a guy who has shown it at the NHL level more than those who have not played a game if the upsides are similar.

Clear vote for Lauzon here for me, but Steen and Lauko are the next guys on my list in some order.

Who you moving to make room?

Nice problem too have, but as far as top prospects, I think Lauzon is right at the top, but Im not sold on any of the forwards being a top six down the road, not saying they won't become legit top six forwards, but the odds on Lauzon becoming a top 4 defenseman I like better.

As far as who I'd move, that's a total different conversation and one that hopefully Sweeney addresses sooner than later. Maybe its even Lauzon he chooses to move or he ships out Krug do to the depth, but the defense right now is the Bruins biggest asset to fix their top six woes, but like I said thats atotal different topic.
His path to Boston maybe blocked do to their strength in numbers on the blue-line, but that shouldn't/doesn't demise his position as being a top prospect.
