I can only imagine this is because he wouldn't sack Hak.

I literally can't believe Hex has gone. He isn't the problem. The next GM is walking into a dream job. An NHL franchise with an unbelievable farm system and potentially great roster - and all you have to do is sack the coach and earn the love of the whole fanbase overnight.

Good. Like I said in the Hextall thread a couple nights ago. Thank you for your service Hexy, I appreciate everything he did and most of it was good rather than bad. But it was clear he did not know how to take the next step in the process

If Hexy refused to fire Hak and it cost him his job, then he's a complete moron.

If the Flyers higher ups think the team's issues are mainly on the GM and the current coaches are fine, they are complete morons.
Yeah... and the fact that they didnt say anything about Hak worries me.

Ffs. Again, I am in the boat of he wouldn't fire Hak. It can be the only reason surely.

Love what you did Hex, but man did you back the wrong horse when it came to coaching. It cost you your job.

Probably means we are getting Lombardi :(

Philosophical difference AKA we wanted him to fire the coach and he wouldn't
