How and when you became a Stars fan: Up until I was 6/7 years of age I never had a favorite team, I jumped from team to team due to their uniforms/logos. So since I collected hockey cards, I always bought the cool ones and I found myself getting a lot of Belfour cards. Eventually the Dallas Stars started to grow on me because it was Belfour's team and I grew fond of their logo, colors, jerseys, and it also helped that they were a powerhouse team at the time. In 2001 I went to watch my first Dallas game at the Bell Center and met the team after the game which lead to me getting Belfours game used stick. From then on I knew the Stars were my team and I haven't looked back ever since.
