Hawks are really emphasizing making our defenders turn and retrieve. Makes sense since Pietrangelo is really our defensive weapon in transition at this point.

Was Reaves stick between his legs, I never saw. Looked like a dive a little bit.

Nice that we didn't get a call when Schwartz was tripped right in front of the net.

Maybe you had a different angle, but it looked like a bad penalty by Reaves if you ask me.

Refs have missed things, but that wasn't a dive IMO.

Agreed.

He had two guys beating our guys to the net. He gets it on net sooner and any rebound is a prime scoring chance. He pulled up and gave the backcheckers a chance to recover. Not impressed.

Wow, this announcer really likes the 'Hawks. If you have a 3 on 1 and don't accomplish anything with it, I fail to see how that was a great play.

Also, seems to point out everytime a Blues player "gets away with one" but not when the 'Hawks do (the High Stick to Reaves)

Looked like the typical pop of the boards pass, but either the winger wasn't looking for the pass, or Berglund just missed. My impression was the former, but it happened fast. Might have been both.

Agreed, but I am more concerned about our turnovers. Blind passes in the defensive zone and above the dots in the offensive zone are playing into the the transition game of the Hawks.
