How similar to Lafferty would you say?

Like Lafferty with a fraction of the skill. And Lafferty doesn't have much. Could be a Tyler Motte type.

Wagner can fly. Like faster than AA scoot. Unfortunately he's got Khaira hands and shooting ability.
