Those two already had cases worth arguing before the Baines induction. But yes, there are literally hundreds of better players than Baines that aren’t in the HOF.

They did have legit cases and didn't even get the 5% to stay on the ballot (partially because of stacked ballot and stupid rule of 10) but they were two guys off the top of my head who are without a doubt HoFers if we're setting Baines as the standard.
