Being the dwarf with the longest legs doesn't make you tall. That's butcher right now. Just because he's not the worst problem doesn't mean he isn't a problem. I have no idea what you do to fit him in moving forward.
Who's to say everything I've listed hasn't made butchers shortcomings worse. We know what he's capable of when playing good. He's still young and skating is something that can be improved. Were not trading him. Really the least of my concerns is will f***ing butcher.

I honestly never understood the fascination with the Beetles...

Anyone that knows me knows what the 3 most overrated things in the world are:

1. The Beatles
2. Ray Bourque
3. Sliced Bread.

How is Sliced Bread overrated?

Without Sliced Bread, sandwiches don't exist. :teach2:
Dude...I've been eating Italian bread since I was born...it's a loaf, a biquett.you rip it open and stuff things inside... sandwich complete.

if by sliced bread you mean "wonder bread" then yes…….it's basically like eating a sponge

and **** ray bourque
My grandmother use to call any white bread American bread... Ironically she called my father White bread.

My father married my mother who was 100% Italian and heis mostly English with some other stuff mixed in...my mom's family wasn't happy.

I live by a motto when it comes to human beings. Never trust one who doesn't like the Beatles or dogs.

I love dogs...but the first boy band that stole all their music from someone else and main attraction is the studio wizardry sucks ass.

Add dogs love me I should add.

Whatever, man.

A sandwich to me is two slices of meat(with cheese) between two slices of bread.

You do you and I'll do me.

I only eat Italian bread with the Pasta I order from the local Pizzeria.

lol you got nothing so you pull this nonsense. I'm sure you are, in your own mind. You spin things routinely here so I wouldn't be shocked if you spin past things to make yourself look better too. Enjoy whatever bubble you live in.

Do me a favor though, come up with a new schtick? This stuff is outdated and seen all over the internet. Do better.

I'm gonna go back to lurking as well considering the things I've read in this thread tonight.

Who on Earth did they steal their music from? They had three of the greatest original song writers ever. If you think they stole their music you must really hate led Zeppelin. What they did in the studio with George Martin was genius. If the Beatles never existed it would have the biggest negative effect to music than any band or musician in the last 60 years.

steely dan was a stain when they went all geek jazz……f*** that shit and the al di meolas of the world

Anywho, back to actual Devils talk, as I stated earlier in the thread, I think we're on the right path. Start with fixing the coaching and the #2 goalie spot and then work on the left side of the blue line. We take that small step, we'll look like a much different product on the ice. Of that, I am 100% certain.

Again, as I've already pointed out, this isn't about being a cup contender. Of course any numbnut can see that the left side needs fixed. This is about being a bubble team with the current talent. It's 100% doable with a better coach and a legit #2. We're so far from being in the basement long term, it's ridiculous that we have people pounding the table for a complete blow up.

im not even talking about cup contender. This team won’t even be middle of the road if it doesn’t address the left side, let alone in the playoffs.

Zacha line got caved in if I am reading the numbers right. Merkley line was the best. 1st line was ok. Zajac line less then ok.

Despite the own goal, Sevo had good advanced numbers it seems. Lots of ice time again too.

If we had had those pieces this year we could have been 7 to 10 games better right now. Not a cup contender but on the bubble. It really doesn’t take that much. A lot will depend going forward on how Nico and Hughes progress. But with better goaltending, improved coaching and upgraded blue line play, we can hope for a playoff spot next year.

I also think that, if we can become heavier and more physical, on both sides of the puck, it will be a big improvement. I am looking for us to improve that aspect of our play and roster - especially in trying to surround Nico and Jack with more size and physicality.

On top of being bad, I think the thing that bothers me the most about Domingue is it just looks like he doesn't care too often.

On goal three, he probably shouldn't make that save, but he has enough time to try and surge to the left and just... doesn't. He just gives up.

I've seen that too many times with him.

...IF we don't blow it up and trade prime players for picks and prospects. If we do that we'll be lucky to make the playoffs three years from now.

This issue is how you get to middle of the road. If you go out and trade for bad contracts or sign bad contracts just to get on the bubble. You have accomplished nothing.
