At least Hall is still good.

Gotta still root for the team. Still an Oiler fan even without McDavid unlike some here apparently.

The injury could be a blessing in disguise if guys step up. Imagine these guys somehow competitive while he's gone if it's less than two months.

We have a good top 6

If Eberle comes back he can replace McDavid's offence while he is out. If we shore up our team game we could be ok still.

Dammit, my feed dropped out after the 2nd period. Any word on the injury yet?

Oilers are developing a neuro transmitting device where McDavid can control Purcells brain and movements with his thoughts.

Two lucky bounce goals in a row for the Oilers??

Hockey god #1 "maybe that was a little harsh on them let's give them a couple"

Hockey god #2 "Nah i'm just fcking with them, they still gon lose watch this"

I think hall decided to put the team on his back. He's flying out there

I'm just hoping it's the collar bone so we don't have another ****ing shoulder problem on this team

I've broken my collar bone - it's awful. There's absolutely no way he's skating off the ice so nonchalantly if he broke it.

I've broken mine too and I agree that McDavid was too calm for it to be a broken collarbone. I remember not being able to move my arm in certain directions for the first few days :shakehead

The injury might not be serious, mcdavid has been pretty sturdy during junior. He didn't seem to be in too much pain.

Is anyone else getting sick of the direction the NHL is taking. Like last shift for Dr Drai. he goes into the corner and gets crosschecked from behind... No Call.

It is getting back to the "Clutch N Grab" era, we should have more penalties called make the game more exciting like 2005/2006 with more goals per game.
