Like I said if they aren't communicative that's fine. Set up a defensive zone system that allows them to instinctively know how to easily facilitate zone exits and outlets

It's not exactly that easy mate. When you're not mobile and can't move the puck, the other team isn't going to just be nice and play worse to give you a chance. They'll pressure you and constantly force you into vulnerable positions. It'll lead to mistakes.

It was Pietrangelo, yes and he was his typical self. Borts played with Dunn.

He still was scratched.

He was scratched the 4th least. Dunn, Borts, Gunners on, etc. all played less games and averaged less ice time than him. Even if you were to argue that when they were all healthy in theory he would've been the 7th, history doesn't lie that he played a decent size role in that Stanley Cup run and actually did a decent job (probably from who he was playing with) but that's just posturing on both our parts
