The staff isn't going to make quiet players into loud speakers. That's just a personality trait. Weber isn't going to start being a big communicator on the ice at 35. All these vets aren't going to change that.
That's neither here nor there though because communication isn't going to make our defense more mobile or better a puck movement. Those guys just don't have those skills.

Like I said if they aren't communicative that's fine. Set up a defensive zone system that allows them to instinctively know how to easily facilitate zone exits and outlets
