It depends. If a deal isn't close. If a team hasn't stepped up to meet Habs' price, then you can't keep Chiarot out of the line-up.

If a team coughs up the asking price on March 15th, you can't keep Chiarot out of line-up until then either.

You always run the risk of injury. But you also diminish his value if you just keep him out of the line-up for a few weeks.
