Yes, I believe the power play is his calling card for us (and we can speculate that's what he's been brought in here for), but I agree with what was suggested earlier, namely that he's been brought in here for more than just the power play.
I think what Ramsay really brings is overall perspective and new thinking, and that's to all facets of the game.
The guy has over 1,000 games coached in the NHL as a head coach, and more games as an assistant. He's won a Selke and has a Stanley Cup ring. The guy knows hockey. Limiting that to just PP input would be a waste of a consultant, in my humble opinion.
Having said that, I can see his fingerprints all over this power play and I think in another dozen games it's really going to start clicking. It's been getting progressively better since the start of the season.
