If I'm the Bruins, I go out and sign that coach who beat up the ref. Just the kind of grit and toughness this soft team is lacking...

He has the sandpaper we need- should have traded Heinen for THAT guy instead of Ritchie. Plus he spits, so he fits well with Brad.

They should remove everything that happened Saturday night between the Bolts and Bruins, no need for that in the game.
Also, why not play some classical music during gameplay? It will relax the atmosphere. They’ve shown this works well with unruly students.

In fact, instead of assigning penalties, I think it would be interesting to develop a reward system for those players choosing not to become involved in the extracurricular mischief. Perhaps water for the ruffians and gatorade for the gentlema...err...folk?

Man, Danton Heinen would have been the most decorated Bruin of all time.

That jackass should be thanking China for the coronavirus obliterating that story.

In fairness, I think there was more to this story and have from the jump. I also don't think it's a surprise that the ref didn't file any police charges because I feel like both parties played a roll in this. The coach obviously was the biggest factor, but the ref had a part in it as well.

Interesting list...

Thanks for posting.

One thing that really surprised me was Brian Sutter with 212.

I know the Sutters were tough -- but I remembered them being "tough" in the sense of playing hard, playing hurt, etc. Not necessarily 200+ fights tough.

Ian Laperriere was the same thought for me, never ever would have guessed top 15

Brian was the original Sutter.

He had to pave the way.

Wow...yes. Missed that one -- very surprising.

Also, Quintal having 131 and Joell Otto being in the 120's surprised me.
