If I remember correctly, this game was pretty even up to this point but the Flyers lost 8-2

The ref is definitely Mick McGeough.
John D'Amico was long retired.
My guess for the linesman is Jean Morin who worked the 2010 Cup Finals.

The camera and focus panning away to follow Hartnell with nobody near the net, to come back and Giroux is just standing there wide open is one of my absolute favorite things. I was so focused on Timonen and Hartnell I never saw G going there so it was like a magic trick.
