McCagg customers are trying to embarrass or sabotage him, the problem does not originate from McCagg wrong doing.


I am pretty certain a narcissistic personality would be diagnosticated pretty quickly if he ever consults a mental health professional. The core of his poor business/client management seems to originate from there; he seems to have no consideration for his own clients and seems pathologically self-centered in his answers.

Unless there are pieces of conversations we’re not seeing, seems Grant wants all the positive of being part of the media business industry, but doesn’t want any of the negative aspects, such as dealing with disgruntled clients/customers and having them using their consumer power to impact his business.
