Berggren is a playmaker, and Barber is a sniper. And Barber can mentor Berggren, Brett Hull-style.

Yzerman has already confirmed that Brattstrom is coming over to NA for the season and I doubt anything has changed since then. He and Fulcher are probably battling over which one backs up Pickard in GR and which one starts or platoons with Christopolous for Toledo.

Was there some rumour of Yzerman offering AHL contract for Svechnikov? But isn't it quite obvious Svechnikov will want to look after NHL opportunity first?

I think that AHL could still be possibility, if he doesn't get NHL-contract from Jets? he is currently there with PTO.

1. Only Griffin not invited to Wings camp
2. Griffins removed him off the roster on their website
