Great read on the team. I would give Andy a 10, and Brass and Ceci a 5-6, but this ranking I think is pretty right on.

Although I would upgrade Ryan and Brassard to C-. I feel they both have been unlucky, Ryan especially. I can think of several times I was astonished he managed to miss a golden opportunity, a play that just about anyone can finish unless back luck intercedes. Brass hasn't been as unlucky, he just seems to have absolutely no chemistry with anyone, but he's hustled enough to earn a C- for me.

Phaneuf has entered B- territory for me with the way he has played the last 20 games or so. He and Ceci were a real mess together for the first 10ish games, but Phaneuf has settled down.

That's just nitpicking though, overall I am in agreement with you.

A few people didn't like the deal at all to begin with. I liked it but have been disappointed. I find for the most part he hustles and contributes but hasn't either by scoring or setting up line mates very much. I think he lost confidence and is struggling to find it again. He played a good hustling game tonight and got on the board with a deflection. I am still hopeful.

I agree with you too. I could have gone higher with all those guys you mentioned but I felt like I was being too nice
