People may laugh at Buffalo's rebuild attempt but their future is bright! Eichel, Reinhart, Ristolainen, Mittelstadt and Nylander. Just need to hope to get Dahlin and just watch, they will be a perennial playoff team!

Last game got spicy after someone took a run at Dahlin. Hughes had a target on his back all night. I expect that to continue.

Tocchet’s one clear weakness so far is galaxy braining line combos
Dakota Joshua is set to miss his 15th straight game tonight, with no firm timetable for his return.
Sadly, that stupid fight in Chicago is probably going to cost him a ton of money when he sits down to pen to paper for a new contract this summer.
The way he was going, he might have hit the 20 g9oal mark this season. And his line with Garland and Suter might have continued to carry the Canucks after the all-star break.

Allvin said 10-14 days during his trade deadline press conference so assuming that's roughly accurate, he should be back this week but maybe that was optimistic on Allvin's part or the team just wants to be 100% sure the hand is healed so they're being cautious which I'm totally fine with.
Sabres are another team fighting for their playoff lives, much like the Capitals in the last game. These games down the stretch 'are' their season, and they're playing like it. And as we've seen, the Canucks have been mostly stalled out in the last couple of games.
They're currently 1-1-1 on a season-high nine-game homestand.....and the Sabres are in Seattle tonight for another tough game.
Canucks should have the edge. But as we've seen, they're having trouble stringing together a 60-minute effort. Predicting another tight game tomorrow night.
