I had approached ChuckyToGally 3-4 times about re-signing my UFA's. He never responded to one of my PM's and they all went to FA. Quite frustrating.

Don't stress.

A) CtG stated he's away from the game now.. unfortunately it took too long and real life duties took him away from hfboards.

B) UFAs as a rule of thumb, don't re-sign in these games, it makes the UFA period more exciting, and returning to the team they came from is usually valued by the agents.

Still have Dan Girardi and Kevin Klein available. I'm flabbergasted that no one is interested in Klein. 2.9m for a top-4 RHD who provides some offense, PK's and comes with routine big goals for the Rangers. He has easily been the 2nd best defenseman for the Rangers over the past 2 years. We're happy to keep him, however we have Honka, Graves, Olofsson, Skjei and McIlrath all pushing for spots and would like to re-allocate the $$

Was MIA for a couple of days, but I'm around.

Looks like I'll be taking care of the Eastern Conference UFA's.

Looking to gather all the offers tonight so that guys can start signing this weekend. I'm not gonna drag this out, good offers (especially to mid-range guys) could be accepted later tonight.

I apologize for the lack of activity over the weekend on my part. I only missed 3 PM's though...

I had the stomach flu.
