It was a difficult decision to let Alex Tuch go, he has a bright future in the NHL.

This trade gives the Knights an excellent center who excels in the playoffs and who can mentor Cody Glass this coming season. Anders Bjork will add some additional skill to our bottom six and our pipeline will be even deeper after the 2021 draft.

Laine gives us a player we have not had in the history of our Franchise. Though it hurts to lose Ellis, we feel that Fabbro is coming along nicely and Pionk is an excellent top 4 defenseman. We have plenty of bottom 6 players to replace Jarnkrok.
