What a hopeless, disgusting performance.
I wanna believe in this team but they are too vulnerable. They've been mich better last two weeks but Lane doesn't convince mw.
This is exactly why you don't blow leads like laat night.

Wrong period, you’re supposed to give up 2 goals the last minute of the 3rd period. Lane is going to be furious

That period was an embarrassment. The worst period the team has played in maybe a month. No excuses. Other teams play back to back games all the time. Occasionally you have to win them. The Habs are not good. No excuse for this showing.
But but we play fun hockey who cares if we blow every game as long as we get a loser point

Did anyone else know what was coming when they said Anderson was under performing this year? Lol
We are best in league at stuff like this!

Tuned into CityTV (the Habs feed) just after Josh Anderson scored his first of the night. Talk about breaking down in the worst possible time by giving up 2 goals in the last minute of period 2. Looks like the Isles are extremely tired at the end of the current back to back games.

Kind of predicted this flat game. Last night emotions were high and deflating at the same time. However, No excuses for anyone out on the ice tonight. Wonder what happens in the 3rd.

Maybe mess around with lines in third, see if you can get some life for a third period. The Aho-Reilly pair in their own end isn’t sustainable, they both aren’t good in their own end.

Yeah I agree, these games happen to everyone and this is just a game you look at on schedule and say man that’s going to be tough to win. They survived first without really even giving up great chance but just found nothing in second . Like to have running 20 in third haha.

on the road on the back end of a back to back will do that to a team. if they lose they were due for a stinker.

Losing a game is fine, but let’s not make excuses for effort.

Boston had to travel last night and their effort seems fine tonight against a much better team.
