On a serious note, the flames core is slightly better right now but only due to being more experienced. I think the Canucks will surpass them in a couple years.

Boeser has played with EP for what, 15 games in his career?

Brock has 47 goals in 99 career games. Nothing Tkachuk has done can touch that. Boeser could literally score 6 goals in his next 83 games and still have a better goal per game rate than Tkachuk currently has. Also Tkachuk’s career PPG is .76 and Boeser’s is .86

I don’t think you can say anything about linemates for Boeser. When he’s not playing with Pettersson, he’s playing with Horvat who’s also a stud.

For the record I would keep Boeser over Tkachuk but it’s undeniable that Tkachuk has been better than Boeser this season. There’s still half the season left so that could change.

Also using career ppg is unfair to Tkachuk. He stepped into the league right away whereas Boeser played 2 years of college. What really sucks is that we could have had both.
