I disagree. The sharks arent a particularly good team at all. They has less wins in the RS than columbus and the same as carolina, only 2 and 3 more points respectively. And only had more points because of an unusually large number of OTL points.playing two wild card teams in back to back rounds is as easy as it gets in terms of paths to the finals. blues had to play the sharks who are better than any team boston faced.
On top of that they only managed that in the worst division in the league.
Plus they needed some referee help to save them from being ousted in the first round.
San jose is a great candidate to surprise people by missing the playoffs imo this year.
