has anyone gotten this to work?

I am able to log into the rogers.com/nhl site but when i click "start watching now!" it brings me to the nhl gamecenter site and asks for another login. Ive tried my rogers username and password but it does work.

can anyone solve this issue? id prefer not to call rogers

That happened to me. I called support and they said they could help and that i had to speak with the "live chat" supper from the Rogers GCL page. Once i spoke to live chat and described my problem they fixed it within a couple of hours.

I suspect that my GCL account # (provided in e-mail receipt) didn't get linked my MyRogers ID for some reason, because when i logged into MyRogers it said there were no accounts associated with the ID.
