I remember discussing Sprong 2-3 years ago with @12IsGreaterThan47. Both of us always figured that he'd be Geno's winger of the future.

Look, it is what it is with Sully. BUT, for the first time in maybe forever, I saw Sprong just PLAY when he got a shot with Geno. And it worked as I always thought it COULD (in theory).

He shot in prime spots, read the play, setup two players and was aggressive on the boards for the puck retrieval.

Solid solid sold.
