The only competent player on either team that OT was Johnson. That looked like 2 teams trying to lose

Couldn't agree more.... Philly hiding behind their own net, and CBJ handling the puck like it's a live grenade.

Jiricek's vision and idea behind those passes was pretty good - it's just that he shouldn't have passed in those situations (there were at least two, one earlier maybe in the second and then the one in the third). Maybe the game is just a bit faster than he's used to, and maybe he'll get used to it and make better decisions next season(s).
