On a different boat, I'm assuming most didn't see it living in Quebec, but there was an adult literacy commercial like.20+ years ago.

The gut couldn't read, took some courses and learned to read. At the end an elderly woman asks him if he can read that. He says yes and then doesn't even read it tk her.

I always thought that was hilarious.
