This season is dead :(

better luck next year Stars?

(hah, like this team is going to have anything but terrible luck)

You give this team too much credit. They will go on a tear and then lose to Phoenix in the last game of the season, missing the playoffs while obtaining the worst draft seed possible.

The last really positive memory for me is the overtime win against San Jose and that was a while back. :(

You know, every night we play the opposition goaltender has a .975 save percentage and our guys lets in terrible goals.. You just wonder what the franchise did to deserve this kind of karma :(

Saturday, Kari in net for the first time at home after the injury will give us the energy we need to get this going again.. The schedule is still so much easier for us than it is for Phoenix, need to stay positive(or wasted) and keep shouting...

Cole is back in can't-catch-a-pass mode

Game over, Flyers win

all of our secondary players were ridiculously terrible at handling the puck in that game. It was like they were all blind - skating over / past / around the puck, losing control if they ever did get their stick on it, missing passes..

I mean what the ****. The thugs that teams like the Oilers pay to get punched in the head on their 4th line are better on the puck

This summer isn't like the last handful. Team now has money and has two of the top young scorers in hockey inked long-term. Goalie is in place. In retrospect, Fiddler and Whitney could have been flipped for something, but the Lehtonen / Peverley injuries both happened after the deadline.

Pay Dillon, Roussel and Eakin.
Make changes on the blue line.
Give Oleksiak a look.

Plenty of teams have a summer "To Do" list much longer and more expensive than y'all's ...

We also need to add at least 2 more consistent scoring threats. If Nichushkin can be one of those guys next year then you can argue for only one, but It's pretty obvious that the guys we have now aren't going to cut it.
