Good 1st period overall. We need to create better chances out there but this is winnable.

Leafs have shown absolutely nothing for a team playing in front of fans for the first time since early last year. No emotion, no sense of urgency.

If the Habs get that first goal and can weather the usual late game storm, they'll be fine.

I’ll take 0-0 after 1st period. The Leafs needed to come out strong and they didn’t, we did give the better chances but that’s expected.

Now they need to make this second period their own.

My biggest problem with the coaching....the gap between our D and forwards is way too big!

Many times during the period D had the puck and had NOBODY coming back to get a pass.

Our D has zero offensive players (Petry disappeared) so the forward can't get too far ahead!

Edmundson coughed up the puck that almost resulted in a goal.

What the hell is DD doing!!!!!!

I would hate playing on his line

he did give a perfect pass anderson, who had an open net but could not get shot off.
