Pulkkinen never really had a real chance to show his skills... he never shot and nobody appreciated his hard work and good effort.

I think everyone was wrong and he is an undervalued player. Will have to watch few games just to see how he does!

Despite Bruins being a rougher team, I doubt they exert too much effort against Vrby. While I wouldn't necessarily put him on Line 1, I doubt it will be a rough and tumble game (especially once BOS puts 3-4 points up in the first period).

I like Connauton on wing. Sunday he seemed invisible; the previous time they tried it, I felt like he was relevant. If he truly is on wing tonight, I hope its a success.

As for Pulkkinen, I would rather have seen a RR called up, than trying a career AHL'r who's new to the team.

Pulkkinen ain't playing and Burmi is on the 4th for reasons. Probably just easing him back into the line up. Regardless of his weak play of late he's better than Holland.

Holland is actually reasonably competent decision making wise but he just kills transitions dead 5 on 5. Guy has no 3 step acceleration with the puck so he has to immediately look to dish or flip it out of the zone instead. If he's already got momentum he can carry the puck but when the Yotes are hemmed in the zone he's useless.

Weird seeing Marchand react in the exact way he tries to provoke players
