I mean that second goal was just a ridiculous shot.Brutal loss. Inexcusable to allow those goals.
and even if they lose them all im not sure if they can get bottom 3 anyway. We lost one game. To one of the better teams. This reaction seems premature.
Cmon Dude , do you go thru life perfect every day ? He gave up 2 , to the highest scoring team in the league , and oh by the way he’s a rookie . Bottom line , gotta score more than 1 goal a game . Team has a gaping , gaping hole down center ice . Kadri sure would have been a nice pick up . Hard to generate goals when your team has 1 good center .Brutal loss. Inexcusable to allow those goals.
Well it never happens if Boone doesn’t just skate off the ice for no reason, leaving him wide open.S

I hope they've saved up some goals for that one because they haven't been using them in the last 3 games. They are going to need it.We’re on to Tampa Bay........
I seem to recall the broadcast mentioning it was a set play in which he was only out for the faceoff once or twice or six times.Well it never happens if Boone doesn’t just skate off the ice for no reason, leaving him wide open.
Goals weren’t on Elvis. A quick chip by Gerbe, instead of trying to skating it out, and Boone staying on the ice instead of making a horrific line change and it’s a 1-0 win. Can’t have 2 veteran guys make such dumb mistakes.Cmon Dude , do you go thru life perfect every day ? He gave up 2 , to the highest scoring team in the league , and oh by the way he’s a rookie . That’s fine, but the FO was in the Avs zone. Why would he skate all the way back to center ice and then decide to leave when the Avs are moving towards the offensive zone, especially since it would lead to an odd man chance? It’s not like somebody jumped on early and he had to change.I seem to recall the broadcast mentioning it was a set play in which he was only out for the faceoff once or twice or six times.
Um. It was in the defensive zone. That’s fine, but the FO was in the Avs zone.
It was the only play, unless Seth wanted to ice it. The puck did hit Gerbe’s skates but he controlled it, had it on his blade and tried to skate around the Avs player instead of using the open lane he had to just chip it out.Don't get the blame on Gerbe. Pass was in his feet, by the time he got it to his stick, the Colorado guy was on him. It was a dangerous pass to make deep in your own zone, and they paid the price. It probably wasn't a good decision to pass the puck to Gerbe there.
It was a laser one timer from the top of the face off circle high to the stick side. It was unscreened but it seems like a hard thing to be able to react to well considering he put it in the perfect spot.Well it never happens if Boone doesn’t just skate off the ice for no reason, leaving him wide open.
Also Elvis will take the blame for it, it was unscreened from nearly the blue line. Have to stop that every time.
4 of them were in 1 game. 2 of them were empty netters.9 goals in the last 5 games is quite concerning.
That guy was on Gerbe pretty quick. If he needs to make that play that quick, then you can say Seth could have just dumped it to Werenski who was right next to him and they could have set up behind the net. Colorado made a nice play and got rewarded. It was the only play, unless Seth wanted to ice it.
