Marchand isn't going to be snipped by ANYONE. Not Clode. Not Cassidy. Not the NHL. So that point is moot.

Don't want to be the next Buffalo.
Are you Buffalo or do you become Tampa Bay?

Took TB a little while... but getting some really solid hits on those key draft picks set them up. Of course Hedman and Stamkos were the obvious picks, but they eventually were able to make the right choices about the players to build around them.

Which is totally fine. The best thing about being fans is while one may see something, another might not see it the same. It's all good. At the end of the day, we are just Bruins fans who love hockey and enjoy having an escape from a very stressful life.
Exactly, at the end of the day opposing opinions is what keeps me coming back here and posting, sometimes we need to take a look from another point of view.

Really if you don't want to rebuild\teardown (I don't)
you need to win trades and draft decently. Drafting decently will mean hitting on your 1sr Rd picks and maybe 50% of your second rounders.
Good news.
We will be able to re-stock our system with the best available young players by replacing Sweeney with Draft Cat.
Draft Cat never misses.
Say goodbye to 2015.
