Ugh I have to say that Jack Edwards is one of the worst commentators in the sport. His homerism and unprofessionalism and downright stupidity knows no bounds. And this is coming from someone who was born in New England and lived there longer than in Texas and watched and rooted for the Bruins (until a few years ago when that organization became insufferable).

Jack Edwards is still awesome though.

Right after the Great Avery Line Brawl of 2008, some chowdah-head named 'waltah' posted a thread on this forum gloating over their victory and called us "western expansion scum".

How can you not like him?

If you can get past his homerism and see it as schtick, it is kinda amusing. IIRC, BaD radio interviewed him a while back and he admitted as much.
