Remember someone (was it an insider?) suggested that an integral player was playing through an injury? Well well...

Botchford is not an "insider". Has he or anyone else on the Canucks beat for that matter ever broken Canucks news of any consequence (trades, injuries, etc.)?

They are inexcusably behind the 8 ball on all things of importance. The TSN guys and even Sportsnet "insiders" are far more reliable.

If hank is in danger of missing tomorrow, then it's probably serious.

Spoke to 20 today. Feeling a lot better. Should be in tomorrow. Said he shouldn't have played in LA game but did and Torts was all over him on the bench but he was trying not to puke the entire game. Guess it's pay back for making us puke during that clearing attempt vs Tampa.

Thanks for the info. Good to hear he's back.

Any info if the sickness has spread through the team?

Really hoping Henrik is okay, he's the most important player on the team and a long term injury to him would severely cripple our playoff chances.

Yeah, the possibility of no Hank (long-term) scares the **** out of me.

what kind of potential injury could Henrik have? Player likely wacking sticks at him and the refs did nothing about it..... ?

Henrik has taken a couple of brutal crosschecks to the back/neck area recently (uncalled of course) and some real chops across the hands/wrists.

When was the last time a Canucks injure or hurt a player from the other team and not get penalized? It seems to be happening with frequency to this team, curiously ......

Damn, hopefully Henrik is OK...why is it that every year we seem to be crippled by injuries to our most important players?

because we put too much stress on our most important players.

Yeah ... the more minutes you play ... well, that increases your chances of suffering an injury (similar to shot blocking). :m-cool:

Anyone know if there is a morning skate tomorrow? If so what time do players typically arrive? I'd love to catch a few signatures as we came up from Seattle for the game. Penguins fan 1st and Canucks fan 2nd considering we live in Seattle. Thanks guys and gals. Excited for a fun game tomorrow!

BTW the Pens skated early this morning. So I'd be kinda surprised if they skated again tomorrow. But its possible.
