Tampa got smoked by Philly last night 7-3, stats not reflected here except W-L-O.
Out of town GDT reports Hedman LBI, won't be in the lineup tonight. Throw Nesterov into the configuration above.
Oops, looks like I jinxed Tyler Johnson, the Flyers took him out last night too - LBI, unlikely for tonight.

The Lightning lead the league in PP opportunities with 159; their 18.2% conversion rate (14.2% on the road) is 17th in the league.

The Bruins, under the watchful eye of Don Van Massenhoven on Saturday afternoon, finally broke the 100 mark in PP opportunities. They stand at 101, still 30th in the league in chances with an 18.8% success rate overall (28.0% at home - best home PP record in the league).

Nice GDT! The Bruins had better play from puck drop! No more cruising through entire periods with a team like Tampa. Take advantage of them playing last night please!

Leafs lost last night so let's gain some ground on them tonight! Fingers crossed for a Panthers loss - they are due to cool off soon I hope.

Who knew our home PP% was the best? I didn't and this season am shocked the Bruins are the best at anything.

This is a game the Bruins really need to win-division team, playoff team and with some dangerous scorers.

It will be a good test of just what their made of this season and hey 4 in a row might be nice.

Tampa got thumped yesterday so they won't be in a good mood tonight. This will be a tough one for the Bruins but points are at a premium ;-) so hopefully they bring their A game.

The magical Clodefish will bring us to 4-0.
I also chanted him during the Pats game and we won so technically we're 3-0 Bruins, 1-0 Patriots. He's a gift to us. A beautiful, somewhat disturbing looking creature. But he loves us. And by golly, we love him.

the Bolts had one of those nights last night that every team has every so often where they looked like a PeeWee team. Tell ya one thing, they won`t be tired as they burned little to no energy from the midway point of the game

Good test, let`s hope our boys can continue to take small steps forward

Claude is going to do his best to suck the life out of this game.

Scoring chances? Unpredictability? No ladies and gentlemen those are things of the past. After all, we all know Stamkos and co. can score goals so we have to really batten down the hatches tonight. Those neat offensive hockey skills that players develop from the time they are very little will be of no use, for tonight will be Claude's hockey system trial run #44 of the 2014-2015 season.

This and the fact that the Bruins are likely playing against a 6'6'' goalie who will be defending a net the same size that Mike Vernon used to defend means I will be watching a different game or none at all.

I do believe Claude will largely succeed in his endeavor to prevent scoring chances which will result in a close game and maybe give a false appearance of entertainment. After all you never really do know which team might get the lucky bounce on a shot from the point!

Win tonight, and suddenly you are 6 points out of 1st. Keep the streak alive. Score some goals. Eat some pasta. Let's freaking go.

Tampa is a very soft and pretty young team. Play them very hard early on and break their spirit. This is the best strategy for a team that is playing back to back. Do it smart, but really take it to them physically early and we should be able to win. Keep them off the PP.

Was kinda hoping to see the Palat - Johnson - Kucherov line in action, but I'll take the drastically weakened team instead.

Gotta grab two points over a division team here and keep the streak alive. Got to start fast after their lost last night and leave no hope them after that demoralizing loss

Make Clodefish angry.. score goals and just ****ing win... or does that make Clodefish happy?:help:

Clodefish only makes non believers angry! :)

He is here to spread peace, love and joy. He found us, instead of us finding him. We needed each other. And he found us just as we needed a true hero to believe in.

Hey Soosh you forgot to include the Clodefish in your GDT.
