Fox is going to be the first NYR defenseman to hit 55 points in a season in 20 years. He may end up the first Ranger defenseman to score 80 since Leetch in 1996.

Kreider is going to score close to 40 this season, maybe more.
Shesterkin is tops in the Vezina race right now.

Things aren't all bad here right now, but the secondary scoring and even strength flow have been awful. Nothing from Kakko/Laf in weeks. Nemeth has been really bad. Lindgren and Fox have looked very human of late.

A good team should win this game. Good opportunity for us all to take a look at Chychrun as well.

Tony D had 53 points in 2019-20.

Galchenyuk seems like he might be at that point where we could get him for a 7th rounder as a literal zero cost gamble.

How did Hunt misplace Chytil on the second line?

He doesn't spend 90% of his time on the ice looking to hit people. So 4 points in 5 games means nothing. He not only got moved off that line, Chytil had the 2nd fewest ice-time in the Canes game (only McKegg had less time. Laf rounded out the bottom 3). It makes no sense. We have a coach in love with 4th liners and too many 4th liners on the roster. It's a recipe for disaster.

After last night it will be interesting to see how we start this one and how long it takes us to hit our stride, especially based on our poor starts in general.

Call me crazy but wouldn’t most of us have started Shesty LAST night and given Georgie THIS game….?
