- taking too long to move the puck up. This is my biggest issue, as everything starts from here. We aren't going to score much on they cycle, we need to score off the rush! I saw clear plays from the D POV where instead of passing straight up the left side to an open man, they decide to go cross ice diagonal. Why?
- nobody in Sorokin's face. Why weren't we conveniently being knocked into him?
- not enough quick shots on net
I think if we play a similar game, but quicken it up a little, and get a little dirtier in front of the net, we'll have something.
I'm not going to be doom and gloom. Other teams just play tighter and true to their system, vs we tend to fracture easily.
