It's still at 49.8%.

Gormley is second best at 45.8%.

redmond has played a lot less than those other guys. what is the corsi for other avs players/avs in general in the games that he has played?

he didn't play earlier this season when avs were worse.

redmond's most frequent D partner is gormley. for gormley it's nate guenin.

Yes, SSS. But his corsi still stands out pretty big so I found it odd that you said his corsi numbers wasn't that good this season. Hard to stand out more than almost 5% better than the second best, in raw numbers.

raw numbers are good but they would also be that for a player who only starts in the ozone paired with barrie and playing with our top guys. that doesn't necessearly mean he has good corsi even if the raw numbers are good. he's supposed to have good raw corsi. so is redmond with the minutes and players he's played with/against. same thing with guys like wennberg, bärtschi, kindl, colin miller, duclair or even cammalleri etc.

Redmond was atrocious last night, but was good the 3 games prior. He's obviously talented but seems to be a dumb player. He just holds onto the puck way too long and rarely uses his defensive partner.

This is turning into a different debate but Redmond has more comfortable zone starts than the rest of our D, even if the impact of that is pretty overrated IMO.

But he hasn't really played that much with our top guys at all. Barrie is the player on the team who has played the least with Redmond. The forwards he has played the most with are Skille and Martinsen.

Corsi is a useless stat when it comes to analyzing Zach Redmond. Completely useless
