Looks like second line clicking, Raymond getting better and more confident, Fisher and Veleno will make this team faster and harder to play against. Defensive lapsed still there, so it will be a lot of fun to watch this game, hope we don't get disappointed

Something crossed my mind and I am sure someone on here has the answer for this.... why is Boston's 2C wasting time playing in the world juniors? The Bruins are playing games they need to win right now. Seems odd to loan him off to that at this point in the season.

Probably because he's drifted down to 4th line status of late. A shot in the arm playing against his peers might be good for him. But... I think he's not been playing all that well, so the plan may backfire.

If those will be the lines. I hate it already. Get Perron outta there. He’s a PP specialist. Get Someone like Joey in there with Cap and Lucas who can forecheck and has a physical presence. Why are we still trying to force some of our undersized wingers in that LW1 spot?! It doesn’t work.

Hard to bet on scoring 5 on one of the best defensive teams a third time…just saying the defense has to be better.

And yeah, with the way they’ve played over the last 12 games, I don’t expect any wins - the 3 wins we have had have been barely squeaked out. Our play has to change drastically to go back to a winning record imo.

Huh? Perron is 6' 195 lbs, which is about league average and certainly bigger than Ray. He's also thrown more hits than Ray or Joey. The problem is that he's too slow, but he has way better hands than Joey or Raz.

If anything, I'd like to see Sprong up there if he continues to play on both ends of the ice. His defensive play was realgud against the Preds. I was a bit surprised.
