It really is a dead horse worth beating because it is an absolute travesty considering we have at least two defenseman (probably more) down in GR who are simply better hockey players than him.

On the bright side as soon as his contract is up he will never play a game in th NHL again. He'll be rotting away in Russia.

Unless of course Holland wants to give him a 7 year extension

Ouellet hasn't missed a single second of playing time, he was called up during the AHL's xmas week off and sent back down before it ended.

He played top pairing minutes for Grand Rapids in their last 2 games.

Yep according to Helene St James Dylan Larkin has been cleared, And will be in tonights lineup against the Wild that's great news. Need to start getting bodies back like Quincey, Ericsson, Miller and Pulkkinen.

Minni is one of those teams can seem like a boring opponent but I watched them vs. Montreal last week was pretty entertaining. Because of our history vs. the North Stars, location, and competitive attitude within all levels of hockey I regard them as a rival. Hope we get a great game out of all 4 lines. Go Wings!
