We were 23 points behind last season, this one 12 ahead. 35 points difference. Daniels is going to steal this one.

I would prefer we lose, but there will be road games and strong teams.
We have 3 teams behind us in the standings.

If it's any consolation we've got 20 games left this season and will probably win no more than 5 of them. Maybe 6.

3/30 @ Panthers
4/1 @ Panthers
4/3 @ Lightning
4/4 @ Lightning

That's 4 losses next week, I'd reckon.

Ekblad today. Guessing we go .500% vs. FLA the rest of the season.

"The play happened halfway through the second period as it looked innocent enough, but then Ekblad's leg got caught under him and twisted in a way that's not supposed to happen.
Here's the play as we wish Ekblad nothing but the best and hope it's not as bad as we all think it is. He's having such a great season and you hate to see this kind of stuff:

THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD#FlaPanthers Aaron Ekblad is being stretchered off the ice.

Ken Daniels with the "He's the best at it" on Hronek's empty netter. WtF?
Obviously he's never witnessed my bubble hockey skills. I shoot with the left defenseman all the time.

Yeah, it was odd how excited he got, but then again there hasn't been much to get excited about this season.

Do you guys see like Picard starting again tuesday against the florida panthers no?

Like he's been getting important wins here now and playing all the time. That's amazing. Congratulations.

Honestly think they’ll roll with him for a few games after winning B2B
The fact that Blash started him in B2B games is pretty telling. I expected Greiss to start today because goalies don't usually play B2B games. I missed the entire first period before I realized Pickard was playing.

Pickard will start until he craps out. Blash will go with the hot hand, instead of making the same mistake he made with Howie last season.
